They took the time to explain all the different options without any pressure, and helped me choose a solution that was right for both what I needed and what I wanted to spend, which I really appreciated. The installation was completed to such a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards I've gained so much more usable storage space! I also have to mention Wayne, who carried out the installation on one of the hottest days of the year. It must have been at least 10 degrees hotter up in the loft, but he never complained once and just got on with the job. You could tell he really cared about doing a great job, even in those conditions. It's so refreshing to come across a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes real pride in its work. The whole experience was positive from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
